Protocol is working with welcoming schools in the BS16 area looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers who are ready to begin their teaching journey with proper support, friendly teams and a classroom where you can genuinely grow.
The role:
- A full-time teaching role starting in September
- Building positive relationships with pupils and parents
- Create a positive, calm and supportive environment
- Creating engaging and inclusive lessons
- Tracking pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet needs
- Working closely with colleagues and support staff
What we're looking for:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A passion for making lessons exciting and engaging
- Strong classroom presence and communication skills
- Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons
