Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with ADHD on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
- Implement behaviour and engagement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs.
- Promote positive learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children with ADHD.
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
