Protocol Education is looking for an experienced ADHD Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional help with focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with ADHD on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
  • Implement behaviour and engagement strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs.
  • Promote positive learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children with ADHD.
  • Understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
  • Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
