We're working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Kesgrave that's looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Your role

  • Working alongside the class teacher, you'll help create an engaging and supportive classroom where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Your day could include:
    • Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning
    • Working with small groups to reinforce key skills
    • Providing one-to-one support where needed
    • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
    • Encouraging children's confidence, independence and love of learning
    • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
