You’ll be working with small groups and doing targeted 1:1 support—think focused teaching, real progress, and fewer late-night planning marathons.
The role at a glance:
Deliver interventions across Key Stage 2—mainly Years 5 and 6
Support pupils with catch-up learning in English and maths
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO for joined-up support
