We’re looking for enthusiastic, warm, and creative Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join vibrant schools across Harlow and Epping Forest. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to be the person a child remembers as the one who believed in them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing learning to life through creativity, encouragement, and positivity
- Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1
- Helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning
- Working closely with teachers to create engaging, inclusive lessons
- Being a calm, supportive presence in a busy school day
