Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Support Worker, Youth Worker, or have transferable experience supporting children and young people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Helping students stay engaged, focused and confident in their learning
- Providing pastoral and emotional support where needed
- Working closely with teachers and school staff to create positive learning environments
- Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, behavioural or additional learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil wellbeing

- Experienced in education, youth work, coaching, care, support work, mentoring or similar settings
