We're recruiting a dedicated HLTA to join a highly supportive provision in Gateshead , providing learning support for children with a range of additional needs across different educational settings.
Please note: You must be able to drive as you'll be travelling between multiple provisions throughout Gateshead.
What you'll do Lead learning activities and interventions.
Support pupils with SEND and behavioural needs.
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Encourage confidence, independence and progress.
What we're looking for HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting children with additional needs.
Calm and resilient approach.
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
