We’re working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Tottenham that was recently rated Good by Ofsted. With a strong focus on inclusion and pupil progress, they’re looking for a capable, confident HLTA to support teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
You’ll be stepping into a trusted role—leading small groups, covering classes when needed, and making a big impact in pupils’ daily progress.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting teaching and learning across the primary phase, with flexibility to lead sessions independently

Delivering planned lessons and interventions in the teacher’s absence

Working closely with class teachers to adapt learning and support all pupils, including those with SEND

Building positive routines and modelling calm, confident classroom leadership
