Do you enjoy working across early years and KS1, supporting both learning and development? We are recruiting a full-time HLTA to support across EYFS and KS1 in a Gateshead primary school. This is an ideal opportunity within Teaching Assistant jobs in Gateshead for someone experienced and ready for more responsibility.
About the role:
- You’ll support teaching and learning across Reception and KS1, delivering sessions and leading small groups.
- Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering phonics and early learning sessions
- Supporting play-based learning in EYFS
- Covering classes when required
- Leading interventions for pupils needing extra support
- Supporting classroom routines and transitions
What we’re looking for:
- HLTA status or strong TA experience
