The Role
- Position: HLTA / Cover Supervisor

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong recent classroom experience
- Can confidently lead learning independently
- Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Can deliver prepared lessons and learning activities effectively
- Can support pupils with different abilities and additional needs
- Works well with teachers, support staff and leadership
- HLTA status or equivalent experience is desirable
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Lead whole-class and small-group learning
- Deliver planned lessons during teacher absence
- Support interventions and targeted pupil work
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement and learning
