- Has recent EYFS teaching experience and strong curriculum knowledge
- Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and creates a calm, purposeful learning environment
- Has high expectations and can support a diverse range of pupils and learning needs
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
