We are recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Early Years Practitioners to support welcoming nurseries across Harlow, Ongar and Surrounding areas.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can commit to three full days per week, working between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. You’ll benefit from regular nursery work while still having flexibility during the rest of your week.
Your role may include:
- Supporting babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Creating a safe, caring and engaging environment
- Delivering play-based activities in line with the EYFS
- Supporting meals, sleep routines and personal care
- Encouraging children’s communication, confidence and independence
- Following safeguarding, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
- Working alongside the nursery team to ensure the day runs smoothly
What we need from you:
- A recognised Level 2, Level 3 or Level 6 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting
- Availability to work three full days per week
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- A caring, reliable and adaptable approach
- A valid right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one
- Contactable professional references
