Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in

Hexham .

This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and understands that every learner needs an approach that works for them.

You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised lessons that build confidence, develop independence and help every child make meaningful progress.

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs
  • Supporting pupils with EHCP outcomes and personalised targets

  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
  • Monitoring progress and adapting strategies where needed

What we're looking for

You'll hold

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a genuine commitment to helping every learner succeed.

You'll also be

  • Reflective and open to new approaches
  • Passionate about SEND and inclusive education

Previous specialist experience is welcomed, although mainstream teachers looking to move into SEND are encouraged to apply.
