Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Graduate Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND and SEMH school in Northumberland. If you've coached sport, led teams or worked with young people, you already have many of the skills schools are looking for. You'll support pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, resilience and positive relationships while encouraging them to engage with learning and reach their full potential.
