Protocol Education is recruiting a Year 2 Special Needs Teaching Assistant in Harrow to support a child with ASD and challenging behaviour.

The role runs from September 2026 to July 2027, in a mainstream school, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

The successful candidate will have experience with special needs, a relevant degree, patience, initiative, and the right to work in the UK, with on-site mentorship and ongoing support from the school’s SENCO and psychologists.
