Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic mixed secondary school in Harrow. THE ROLE
Working as an SEN TA is about more than just academic support; it’s about building confidence and independence. You will:
- Provide 1‑to‑1 Support: Work closely with students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, or Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
- Adapt Learning: Simplify instructions and create visual aids to help students access the curriculum.
- Monitor Progress: Track social and academic development, reporting back to the SENCO.
- Foster Wellbeing: Create a calm, safe space for students who may struggle with the sensory demands of a busy school.

- Experienced: Previous experience with SEN (either in a school, care, or personal setting) is highly desirable.
