Year 6 Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Autism)

Location: Harrow | Start date: ASAP 2025 | Salary: £90-£105 per day | Job type: Full time, Long term | Monday - Friday (no weekends)

A mainstream school in Harrow is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to start ASAP! They are looking for someone to work with a child with ADHD in Year 6 with challenging behaviour.

What we are looking for in our Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with students that have special needs, personal experience OR have graduated from a relevant degree (Psychology, Health and Social Care, Speech and Language)
  • Very patient and understanding
  • Initiative and drive to want to help
  • Ability to focus on the job at hand
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience working in the UK
