We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and want flexible or long‑term work within education.
You may be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or on a one‑to‑one basis.
Responsibilities- Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Working with pupils individually or in small groups
- Assisting with behaviour management and engagement
- Supporting children with SEND where required
- Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Experience working with children (school‑based experience preferred)
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
