We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within a range of primary schools supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, graduates, or those looking to build a career within education.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Deliver interventions and small group activities
- Provide 1:1 support where required
- Assist children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people
- Positive, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
