The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in Reception or KS1, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
  • Supporting early phonics, literacy, and numeracy development
  • Helping children with emotional regulation, routines, and transitions
  • Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils
  • A warm, patient, and encouraging approach
  • Confident supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience desirable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping young learners grow in confidence
