The Role:
- Supporting pupils in Reception or KS1, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
- Supporting early phonics, literacy, and numeracy development
- Helping children with emotional regulation, routines, and transitions
- Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils
