The Role:
- Supporting pupils in Years 3–6, including 1:1 and group interventions
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy catch-up sessions
- Supporting pupils with SEMH, SEN, or behavioural needs
- Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO to support individual learning plans

- Experience working within KS2
- Confident managing behaviour in a calm, positive way
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils
- Experience with interventions or SEN support is highly desirable
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
