- Breaking down tricky concepts into clear, accessible learning

- Creating a positive, structured classroom where every student feels supported
- Tracking progress and working with colleagues to celebrate achievements
- QTS (or equivalent) with a specialism in Maths
- Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom presence
- A calm, adaptable approach with excellent behaviour management skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping students find joy in Maths
