Do you speak Greek and enjoy keeping young people engaged, focused, and learning? We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Haringey that’s looking for a Greek-speaking Cover Supervisor to support pupils and keep lessons running smoothly when teachers are away.

This role is a great fit if you’re confident in front of a class, calm under pressure, and enjoy building quick rapport with students. Your Greek language skills will be a real bonus, helping to support bilingual pupils and strengthen communication where it matters most.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-set lesson plans
  • Keeping students on task and maintaining positive behaviour
  • Supporting pupils who speak Greek, helping them feel confident and included
  • Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent or confident Greek speaker
  • Experience working with young people, in schools or similar settings
  • Strong classroom presence and clear communication skills
  • A reliable, proactive approach and a genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
