The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
- Promote safeguarding and follow nursery policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
