Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential? We are a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in the Thurrock area looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team from September.

The school is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every pupil is supported to develop academically, socially and emotionally. Staff work collaboratively to deliver personalised support, helping pupils build confidence, independence and essential life skills while meeting their individual learning and sensory needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will work closely with experienced teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs.
