We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for several primary schools in Grays, Essex. This is a fantastic chance to work in an inclusive and supportive environment where your contributions will truly make an impact.

- Assist in behaviour management, helping students navigate challenges using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Create a positive, nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and supports their emotional and social development.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to keep everyone informed of each child’s progress.
- Foster a sense of inclusion, ensuring every child feels welcomed and supported within the classroom setting.
