A welcoming primary school in Elswick is looking for a bright, caring Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Lower KS2 team. You’ll support pupils across Years 3 and 4, helping them grow in confidence and communication while discovering what it’s really like to make a difference in a classroom every day.

  • Supporting pupils in class with their learning and communication skills.
  • Delivering small group language interventions using the school’s language programme (we will provide training on this).
  • Helping pupils develop their speech, listening, and confidence.
  • Being a friendly, hands-on presence on the playground and during lunch duties.
  • Bringing energy and empathy to every interaction.
