For graduates ready to take their first steps into education, this is your chance to work at the heart of a local Northumberland town where schools, families, and children pull together to help young people grow and thrive.

You won’t just be helping students build their confidence—you’ll be part of a team supporting the next generation of this close-knit community to reach further, dream bigger, and believe in their own potential.

  • Enjoy a great location with easy access to local shops, cafes, and transport links

What’s in it for you?

  • FREE Thrive training to help you build skills in emotional and social development

  • Regular professional support from your own dedicated SEN consultant

  • Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella companies)
