About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development by:

  • Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Supporting individual pupils and small groups to achieve their learning goals.
  • Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
  • Supporting students with a range of learning abilities and needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children or young people.
  • Be confident, reliable, and proactive.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Have a passion for education and supporting young learners.
  • Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience (preferred but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
