Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Learning Mentor in Newham to work with the school's pastoral team, supporting students to overcome learning barriers and leading initiatives for individuals and small groups. You will maintain open communication with teaching staff, parents, and SEN/EAL colleagues, supervise focus area sessions, and help with administrative tasks.

You will develop personalized action plans and collaborate with the pastoral team to implement effective support packages.
