Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting for a calm and compassionate SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant to join a KS3/KS4 Behaviour Centre in central Shrewsbury.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions and build positive behaviours for learning.
The role focuses on creating a safe, structured environment and working with teachers and external professionals to support individual plans and outcomes.
