We’re working with a friendly, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a Geography Cover Supervisor to join them straight away. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal if you’re looking for something consistent where you can really settle in, build rapport with students, and feel part of the school community. The humanities department is supportive, well-organised, and full of people who’ve got your back from day one.
What your day will look like:
- Delivering pre-set Geography lessons and keeping things running smoothly
- Leading KS3 and KS4 classes using prepared materials
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
- Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
- Supporting pupils as they explore topics from ecosystems to urban change
- Working closely with a collaborative humanities team
