Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants for a specialist alternative provision in Gateshead from September.

You will support secondary pupils facing SEMH and learning needs, building trusting relationships and helping them re-engage with learning.

Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals, you’ll help manage behaviours, support emotional regulation and promote confidence, resilience and independence in every pupil.
