Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Protocol Education is looking to appoint caring and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join inclusive and welcoming SEND schools across the region for September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays.
  • Help implement EHCP targets and individual support plans.
  • Encourage emotional regulation, communication and social development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and therapists to ensure every child receives the right support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in education, care, or youth settings).
  • A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to supporting inclusive learning.
