SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support within a specialist school in Gateshead. You'll play a vital role in helping a pupil with complex needs feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalised support throughout the school day.
  • Implementing EHCP strategies and learning plans.
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and communication.
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Previous SEND experience.
