We're looking for caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping children achieve their full potential.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
- Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and other additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development.
- Promote positive behaviour using appropriate strategies.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.i
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
