We are supporting a caring and inclusive Gateshead primary school that is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide additional SEN support. Full training will be provided, and no previous SEN or school experience is required. This role would suit someone local with experience supporting children in any setting who is looking to make a meaningful difference.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups
  • Supporting engagement, communication, and routines
  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
