We are recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant to focus on delivering targeted interventions across KS2 in a Gateshead primary school.
About the role: This is a slightly more specialised LSA position, where you will work with small groups of pupils who need additional support to reach expected levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured intervention sessions in reading, writing, and maths
- Support pupils with SEND and learning gaps
- Track progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Adapt resources to meet individual learning needs
