About the Role
You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to
- Provide one-to-one and small group support.
- Help children overcome barriers to learning.
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and SEMH.
- Encourage confidence, independence and social interaction.
- Deliver targeted interventions.
- Monitor pupil engagement and progress.
- Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
- Support children throughout the school day.
