Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to support pupils within a specialist SEN school in Gateshead.
Working alongside experienced education professionals, you'll help children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting learning on a 1:1 basis
- Delivering small group interventions
- Promoting positive behaviour
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Monitoring and recording progress

- Psychology graduate
- Passion for child development
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and resilient mindset
- Experience with children is beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
