Protocol Education is currently recruiting two enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join welcoming and supportive primary schools in
Gateshead from September 2026.

About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Teach across
EYFS, KS1 or KS2 , depending on experience and school requirements.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidates will have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for helping children achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, flexible and professional approach.
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
