BSL Teaching Assistant Level 2 – Full Time – Gateshead

Your Role

  • Use British Sign Language to facilitate communication in lessons
  • Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
  • Provide tailored support on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
  • Encourage independence, confidence and engagement
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
