We're recruiting caring and enthusiastic Primary School Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join welcoming primary schools from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children in their learning and development during the school day.
About the Role
As a Primary School Learning Support Assistant, you will
- Support pupils in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Work one-to-one and with small groups to support learning.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and participation.
- Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs where required.
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting children's education.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
