Protocol Education works with Primary Schools across Gateshead, supporting them with long-term and full-time KS2 cover. These roles offer consistency, routine and the chance to really get to know a class, without the pressure of a permanent contract.
The role will involve:
- Teaching KS2 classes on a full-time basis
- Delivering clear, engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence
- Creating a calm, structured classroom environment
- Working closely with staff to support continuity of learning
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children
- Holds UK QTS or equivalent
