We are seeking a passionate and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Gateshead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to take a key role in supporting teaching, learning, and pupil progress across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading whole-class learning with confidence and energy
- Delivering creative and targeted intervention programmes
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs to succeed
- Helping children build confidence, resilience, and independence
- Working closely with teachers to drive progress across school
You Will Need:
- HLTA qualification (essential)
