We are seeking a passionate and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Gateshead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to take a key role in supporting teaching, learning, and pupil progress across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Your Role Will Include:

Leading whole-class learning with confidence and energy
Delivering creative and targeted intervention programmes
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs to succeed
Helping children build confidence, resilience, and independence
Working closely with teachers to drive progress across school

You Will Need:

HLTA qualification (essential)
Experience working in a primary school environment
A calm, confident and positive approach to behaviour management
A passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
The ability to inspire children and build strong relationships
