About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning throughout the school day.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Assist pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
- Help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced education professionals.
