Education looks different for every student. For some, the right 1:1 support can completely change their school experience.

Our role: A committed SEN Teaching Assistant working closely with a student with an EHCP, providing tailored support throughout the school day.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 support from 9am–3pm
• Build trust and encourage positive engagement
• Support emotional regulation and academic development
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists
