Primary Supply Teachers to work across a network of welcoming primary schools in Gateshead from September.
Our schools are looking for confident teachers who can step into classrooms, deliver engaging lessons, and provide continuity for pupils when their class teacher is absent.
Whether you're looking for regular weekly bookings or the variety of day-to-day supply, we can help you find work that suits your availability.
About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will
- Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Adapt quickly to new school environments and teaching teams.
- Provide feedback to teachers regarding pupil learning and behaviour.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Uphold the high standards expected within each school you work in.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent UK primary teaching experience.
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable and dependable.
- Have excellent classroom management skills.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
- Be available to work at least three days per week .
