A nurturing primary school in Gateshead is looking for a Childhood Studies graduate to join their Early Years team as a full-time Teaching Assistant, working 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a brilliant opportunity to turn theory into practice in a structured, supportive setting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Nursery and Reception pupils during phonics and early maths
  • Assisting with play-based learning and child-led activities
  • Supporting children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis
