We’re working with care services across Gateshead who are looking for compassionate, reliable people to support children with additional needs. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting residents with daily routines, personal care and independence
- Providing emotional reassurance during tougher moments
- Engaging in activities that build confidence, communication and wellbeing
- Offering gentle, patient support for those with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs
